How we make money.

OffPeak Energy earns a referral fee when a visitor completes the installer quote form and we pass their details to an MCS-certified installer partner. That is it. We do not take money to give a brand a better write-up.

Affiliate links

Some pages also carry affiliate links to hardware retailers (currently Bluetti UK, via the AWIN network). If you buy or request a quote through one of these links we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are labelled "sponsored" and are only added to products that already earned their place in the ranking on merit - commercial partnerships never change our verdicts or the order of a comparison.

What that means for you

You will never pay more because you came through us — installer partners quote the same fitted prices they quote directly. If you decide not to go ahead, there is no cost.

What we won't do

We won't invent review scores to steer you to a partner. We won't accept payment to bury unfavourable specifications. Commercial partnerships never change our verdicts or rankings — recommendations are decided before any partnership exists.

Data

When you submit the quote form, we share your name, postcode, phone (if given), email and the details you provide about your home with one MCS-certified installer. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
